Victor Pechaty, AIA

A Design Director in Gensler’s Boston office, Victor brings extensive and diverse experience across practice areas including government, corporate, mixed-use, community, and education projects. He guides the design process by synthesizing conceptual, functional, and aesthetic design considerations. Victor’s approach is rooted in a holistic understanding of a client’s essence and objectives. Through an iterative and engaging discovery process, he ensures his design solutions are tailored, effective, and inclusive. A lifelong learner and educator, Victor has taught graduate studio courses and continues to fervently support the next generation of design thinkers through critiques and mentorship. Victor earned his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Minnesota before moving onto his Master’s degree in Architecture from Columbia University.
