Tom is a go-to resource in the New York real estate industry for building evaluations and phased, complex projects. Tom plays a critical role on corporate headquarters projects in new buildings, working closely with the base building and interiors teams. He has performed building design consultation services on high-profile projects, including The New York Times headquarters, 30 Hudson Yards, and 7 Bryant Park. Tom collaborates with other design discipline leaders to explore and develop integrated design and delivery strategies. Additionally, Tom is focused on talent development for the Northeast and Latin America regions, mentoring young professionals via real-life project situations and in-house learning programs. Tom’s work has been featured in prominent publications including Oculus, Metropolis, and Interior Design. Tom received a Bachelor's and Master's of Architecture from The Ohio State University.
