Todd works closely with developers, real estate owners, and corporate clients to add vitality to mixed-use destinations and maximize value of new and repositioned buildings, campuses, and districts. Co-leading the Work-Lifestyle studio in Gensler’s Boston office that focuses on hospitality, residential, retail, work, and strategic building conversions, Todd promotes a collaborative design culture, attuned to client goals and objectives and technical precision. With more than three decades of industry experience, he applies his broad expertise across all project phases to deliver complex building projects efficiently and effectively. Exhibiting his strong belief in the importance of teaching and mentorship – both within the firm and across the industry – Todd regularly addresses student groups and speaks at industry events. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning.
