Sunil Kulkarni

Sunil is a Studio Director for the Workflex studio in Gensler’s Bangalore office. He is a seasoned design professional with over 22 years of expertise in designing and constructing world-class workplaces for multinational firms across diverse sectors, including IT, ITES, telecom, manufacturing, banking, retail, and consulting.

Sunil’s extensive experience spans major cities such as New Delhi, Hong Kong, Hyderabad, and Dubai, providing him with a rich and global perspective on workplace design and construction. This international exposure enables him to integrate best practices from around the world while tailoring solutions that are innovative, culturally relevant, and strategically aligned with client needs.

As a studio leader at Gensler, Sunil is more than a manager — he is a mentor and collaborator. Sunil holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Karnataka University and a Certification in Project Management from IIT, New Delhi.
