Sonia is a Co-Managing Director of Gensler’s Toronto office, focused on fostering greater cross-collaboration and strong client relationships in the Northeast region. As a former Studio Director and Technology, Consumer Goods, and Sciences practice area leader for the firm’s Latin American region, Sonia’s achievements include leading major accounts like Amazon, Intel, Boston Scientific, and the Costa Rica office’s largest workplace project to date, Roche.
Her multicultural background has been fundamental in her ability to consistently expand Gensler’s footprint in Latin America, forging impactful partnerships with multinational corporations and stakeholders alike. Sonia holds a Bachelor of Architecture and Environmental Design from Texas A&M University.
