Rashana is a Hospitality Interiors Design Director as well as the Hospitality Leader for the firm’s Northwest region, based in Gensler’s Oakland office. With 22 years of experience in the field, she has collaborated with industry-leading hospitality clients such as Ritz Reserve, Hyatt, Loews, Four Seasons, St. Regis, Hilton, and Millennium. Rashana emphasizes collaboration and builds close client partnerships to bring her client’s vision to life through inspiring interior architecture design. Her work spans from designing luxury hotel properties around the globe, to food and beverage spaces and spas. By deeply understanding a project’s location, demographics, and lifestyle, Rashana consistently delivers unique and specialized destination experiences that support client goals while creating a sense of place for guests and communities.
