Neil McLean, NCARB, AIA

Neil is a Design Manager and Studio Director for Gensler’s Aviation and Transportation practice area with 30 years of experience across aviation, workplace, retail, and entertainment projects. With significant expertise in all phases of project management, he anticipates future requirements while navigating project unknowns.

Neil has provided project leadership on many large complex projects at Gensler, including design and renovations at LAX and Palm Springs International Airport. He has also worked on refined and detailed projects such as the oneworld Lounge at LAX, the Hyundai Card Air Lounge at Incheon International Airport and office interiors projects for Air Lease, Hyundai Capital America, Gelfand Rennert & Feldman, Gores Technology, Chase, Sun Microsystems, Regus, and many others. Neil started at Gensler in the Media practice, working on projects for Fox Studios, 4-Media Company, Turner Broadcasting, DreamWorks, and the Norton Simon Museum. Neil is a licensed architect in California and received his Bachelor of Architecture from Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc).
