Marisol Rimolo

Marisol is a Strategy Leader for Gensler’s Latin America region who is based in our Costa Rica office. She joined Gensler in 2018, bringing nine years of experience co-managing her own private architecture practice in Costa Rica. At Gensler, she has put her multi-disciplinary background into action in her roles as a Design Manager, strategist, and purpose leader within the Workplace studio. Marisol is focused on leading strategy work in the Latin America region and is forming a strong, diverse team to support and grow the practice area in the area. Marisol excels at executing rigorous processes, complemented by her trust in intuition, in order to deliver great solutions that align with clients’ needs. She is interested in learning, diversifying, and innovating one project at a time.
