As a Design Director in Gensler’s London office, Lindsay is driven by her passion for creating innovative and human-centric design solutions that define the future of the workplace. Throughout her career, Lindsay has developed an extensively diverse portfolio, working seamlessly across sectors and industries. In each project, Lindsay aims to align client values with the key principles of sustainability and responsible design, delivering strong concept designs by harmonising strategy with emotive storytelling and narratives. The results offer her clients tailored solutions that address their specific needs and aspirational goals. Lindsay is also a Design Synergy Leader for the Europe region, a role in which she continually strives for excellence by pushing to connect the design synergy community within the region.
