Design Director, Principal
Lee specializes in the creation of high-profile interiors for long-time Gensler clients like DreamWorks Animation, Sony, Lionsgate, and the Television Academy of Arts & Sciences. With 25 years of experience, she has amassed a diverse portfolio of projects ranging from retail spaces and corporate headquarters to airport terminals and private residences. As a Design Director in the Los Angeles office, Lee promotes a research-driven process, continually seeking innovative ways to incorporate materials into architectural spaces. She received a Gensler Research Grant for the study of high-performance fibers. An accomplished product designer, Lee has created furniture groups and individual pieces for Martin Brattrud, West Elm, Carnegie, and Forms and Surfaces. She serves as a Board member for the Dean’s Advisory Council at Cornell University and for the University of Southern California Architectural Guild. Lee holds a Bachelor of Interior Architecture from Arizona State University.
