Larissa Gray, JD

As Co-Chief Human Resources Officer and Global Compliance Director at Gensler, Larissa is passionate about the team member experience and our culture of ethics and integrity. She collaborates with leadership across the firm to create people-first solutions and experiences that promote well-being, foster innovation, and inspire our team members to deliver impact to our clients. As Director of Global Compliance, Larissa develops and leads programs that guide decision-making, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, and build trust with our colleagues and clients.

Larissa works with firm leaders to navigate complex challenges and, in 2020, she spearheaded Gensler’s COVID-19 response team, ensuring the safety and well-being of our team members and guiding the firm through unprecedented times. Larissa holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and a Doctorate in Law from the University of Western Ontario.
