Kevin Songer, AIA, LEED AP, NCARB, RDI

Kevin is a Principal and Co-Managing Director of Gensler’s Atlanta office where he leads office operations, business development, client relationships, and the Architecture practice. He provides thought leadership, assures client satisfaction and ensures that all projects support the client’s vision. 

Kevin has been with Gensler for over 20 years, first serving as a project leader in the Las Vegas and Atlanta offices before taking over Atlanta’s Lifestyle studio. As the Southeast region’s Retail & Consumer Experience practice area leader, he has been invaluable in the growth of Gensler’s retail business, and continues to work with a variety of clients, including Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister, On Inc., INDITEX’s Zara, and Chick-fil-A. In his role as Co-Managing Director, he continues to lead and mentor office team members and expand Atlanta’s market presence throughout the region. Kevin continues to drive the growth of Gensler Atlanta’s Architecture practice, delivering on high impact projects such as Signia by Hilton Atlanta and Centennial Yards Entertainment District. Kevin’s philanthropic work supporting Boys and Girls Club of Metro Atlanta and City of Refuge, as well as his presence within community and industry organizations underscore his commitment to Gensler Atlanta’s community impact efforts and outreach.

He holds a dual degree in Architecture and Interior Architecture from Auburn University, where he sits on the School of Architecture Advisory Board. He is a registered architect in the states of Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi, a LEED Accredited Professional, and an NCARB and AIA member.
