Karina Silvester, LEED Green Associate

As a Studio Director and Technology Leader in Gensler’s Boston office, Karina shares deep knowledge of emerging workplace trends and best practices from across the firm. With a background in architecture and design thinking, she leads teams in developing innovative real estate concepts across market sectors and at a range of scales. Karina has created innovative spatial solutions for a variety of clients, such as Fidelity, IBM, Bright Horizons, Akamai, and Boston Scientific. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and a Master of Architecture from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her theoretical educational background, together with a creative and entrepreneurial spirit, guides her approach toward more rigorous and researched solutions to complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
