Julijana Mitic, LEED AP

Julijana is a Design Director in Gensler Dubai who perfectly blends creative vision with flawless project delivery. With a mission to seamlessly integrate clients’ visions into successful projects, she focuses on minute details that enhance human experience.

She measures her success through the products of her creative process and the satisfaction of her clients, and her collaborative approach not only leads to excellent projects but also to long-standing relationships. Julijana specializes in designing from inside out, interior architecture, design and detailing for residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. With over 23 years of experience in the design industry, she has delivered various projects across the Middle East, Europe, and the USA.

Julijana also collaborates with universities in the UAE, serving as a jury member and visiting lecturer with the goal of bridging the gap between students and professionals. She believes that design has the power to inspire desire, enhance intellect, impact wellbeing, and is dedicated to leveraging it to create meaningful change in people’s lives.

She holds a master’s degree from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Architecture and is an IIDA member and LEED AP ID+C accredited. Passionate about sustainable living, she has delivered several Gold, Silver and LEED Certified projects.
