Jillian Allerton, CID, NCIDQ, LEED Green Associate

Jillian leads Gensler’s Strategy practice for the firm’s Northeast region. As a Strategy Director based in Gensler’s New York office, she oversees multidisciplinary teams delivering large-scale workplace transformation for multinational clients across industries — including financial services, technology, and consumer goods organizations. She is particularly passionate about designing and delivering change management engagement and communications for relocations and renovations, adoption of new behaviors and ways of working, and implementation of enhanced technologies and services.

She is an active member in CoreNet Global and International Interior Design Association (IIDA) New York City Chapters. Jillian holds a Master’s degree in interior design from Pratt Institute, and an undergraduate degree in design and environmental analysis and certificate in change management from Cornell University.
