Jack Paruta, AIA, LEED AP

Jack is the Hospitality Leader for Gensler’s Northeast region, based in the firm’s office in Morristown, New Jersey. His extensive experience in hospitality spans across a wide range of project types, including new construction, repositioning, renovations, and additions. His diverse and prominent portfolio focuses on historic buildings and adaptive reuse, with many projects involving state and federal historic tax credit applications, as well as large resort properties.

As a design manager and senior project architect, Jack has coordinated and directed large and small-scale projects of varying scopes and budgets that have earned local and national awards. He also participates in speaking engagements on adaptive reuse and is considered a go-to resource within Gensler. Jack brings leadership and technical expertise to each project as well as a strong, client-focused work ethic.
