Gail Malone, LEED® AP, NCIDQ, RID

With over 20 years of experience, Gail brings strength and versatility to all of her roles. She approaches project delivery with a gear towards efficiency and high-quality design. As Technical Director, Gail leads projects at every scale to manage, design, and deliver exceptional work for our clients. She was awarded the Gensler 2020 Design Realization Award which recognizes the talent and dedication to excellence of our technical community.

Gail exemplifies leadership through her role as a member of Gensler’s Global Race and Diversity Committee. She currently leads Atlanta’s Community Impact group where her team established Club Ideate, a summer program in partnership with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta where architects and designers work with club members on design challenges that encourage creativity, design thinking and empathy. Gail received her Bachelor’s in Interior Design from the University of Alabama.
