A Principal and Co-Managing Director of Gensler’s Washington, D.C. office, Francisco is an award-winning architect who leverages his experience to help clients understand the critical links between workplace design, real estate performance, and business operations. Seeking to elevate not only his clients’ specific project objectives but also their cultures and business performance, Francisco drives real estate solutions that are cross-pollinated with insights from multiple industries and areas of focus, including brand design and consulting. Recognizing that commercial real estate is at a watershed moment, he advocates for clients to test out new space types and stay at the forefront of change. Francisco is a trustee and leadership committee member of the Federal City Council, an active member of the Golden Triangle Business Improvement District, and a member of Gensler’s Global Race and Diversity Committee. Francisco received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and his master’s degree from Catholic University.
