As a Studio Director in Gensler’s Boston office, Erin leads and mentors a multi-talented team of architects and designers on a range of project types and scales. A critical-thinker and problem-solver, his passion lies in finding simple solutions to complex problems related to the built environment. Recognizing the importance of a strong team in delivering a successful project, Erin prioritizes and helps facilitate effective collaboration between clients, stakeholders, and the full design and construction team from concept through completion. He has extensive experience leading large and complex projects across all phases of development and construction, and notably, has helped realize some of the Boston office’s most impactful projects, including One Post Office Square and The Hub on Causeway.
