Erin Cubbison, LEED AP, RA

Erin is a principal and Strategy Director in Gensler’s Oakland office with over two decades of experience in strategic consulting. She is also a Research Leader at the Gensler Research Institute and has special expertise in user engagement, facilitation, and decision-making methods. Erin believes in investing time with stakeholders to understand multiple points of view and in developing actionable solutions based on shared goals.

With projects spanning across the U.S., Asia, and Latin America, she brings an appreciation for the importance of context and culture. Erin has worked with a variety of clients, including educational institutions, businesses, public agencies, and community organizations to develop strategies for cultural change, innovation, and design impact. She has a Master of Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley.
