Bhavin Mehta

As the Studio Director for the Lifestyle sector in Gensler’s Bangalore office, Bhavin has focused on expanding the market for core & shell project portfolios, tackling some of the nation’s most complex and large-scale architecture projects across commercial office buildings, mixed-use, residential, and hospitality sectors. With deep proficiency in designing and managing large-scale, fast-track projects, Bhavin demonstrates a knack for executing projects in diverse markets while navigating multi-cultural environments across various countries and time zones. In addition, he serves as the Bangalore leader for Gensler’s Mixed Use & Retail Center practice.

Most recently, Bhavin’s strategic approach has resulted in over 30 million square feet of project work in 2023 through 2024, spanning across eight cities and encompassing various practices. With an entrepreneurial mindset, he emphasizes innovation and growth by integrating design, research, and technology with project delivery. With 28 years of experience in India and the Middle East, he brings astute leadership in architecture and business management to guide clients with strategic direction.
