Arati is a Studio Director for the Workflex studio in Gensler’s Bangalore office. She brings a wealth of expertise in interior design, defined by her exceptional attention to detail, deep understanding of design processes, and consistent delivery of high-quality results. Prior to her role as Studio Director, Arati excelled as a Design Manager, where her meticulous approach ensured that every aspect of a project — ranging from intricate design details to comprehensive layouts — was thoughtfully planned and flawlessly executed. Her structured approach spans all project stages, from initial conceptualization to final completion, guaranteeing designs that align seamlessly with clients’ visions and functional needs.

Arati holds a Bachelor of Interior Design from the Faculty of Design, CEPT University.
