Anne Bretaña, IIDA, NCIDQ

As Co-Managing Director of the Gensler Newport Beach office, Anne has more than 25 years of experience in the architectural design industry and is recognized for her leadership ability to create thoughtful and innovative workplace environments. Her experience spans a wide range of industries including financial services, technology, professional services, and corporate campuses. Her clients include world-class companies such as Rutan & Tucker, Trammell Crow Company, Allergan, PIMCO, and Broadcom. Anne is committed to thoughtful, research-based problem solving and is focused on developing workplace strategies that support her client’s business and improve the employee experience. Anne also serves as a People & Strategy leader for Gensler’s Southwest Region and is passionate about mentorship as a tool to engage and inspire the next generation of talent. Her personal focus and source of excitement has always been people including her clients, colleagues, and the community around her. Anne is an NCIDQ-accredited professional and earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kentucky.
