Alice Davis

As a Strategy Lead based in Gensler’s North Central region, Alice leverages her extensive experience to translate data from the broader market into actionable project-specific recommendations. As part of the Strategy team based in Gensler’s Chicago office, she helps clients accurately interpret a wide spectrum of data and information to ultimately develop meaningful project directions based on objective facts. This often takes the form of market analysis, economic or financial modeling, program development, benchmarking, and case study research. She also brings extensive experience in deal structuring and public-private partnerships. Alice holds master’s degrees in Real Estate Development and City Planning from MIT and an undergraduate degree in Architecture, positioning herself as a conduit between quantitative analysis and design.
