In seeking a new office reflecting its progressive work culture, this Tampa Bay–area law firm enlisted Gensler to study alternative downtown buildings for its relocation. The findings suggested that the firm’s best option was to renovate their existing space. The resulting office is highly efficient and team-oriented, with all offices across its two-and-a-half floors of equal size. For an environment more conducive to collaboration, the workplace has a wide variety of formal and informal gathering areas and a sense of spaciousness upon entry. To provide greater transparency, glass-fronted workspaces have replaced solid partitions throughout the office.
