Conceived as an “idea incubator,” through a simple, clean envelope, the offices expose the firm’s creative thinking, inviting clients into its process. The space is playful, open and low-key, reflecting the firm’s work style. Transitional spaces are carved out and given multi-use capabilities. Enclosed functions are situated at the building’s core, with open space on three sides, amplifying views – both inside and out. Materials – exposed concrete, glass and steel – selected with sustainability in mind, convey a minimal approach, creating an environment that supports imagination.
