This leading generics and specialty pharmaceutical company sought a new global center that would reflect its culture and brand, while supporting and connecting its growing community. Gensler worked with the client to provide a global hub that would provide flexibility and inspiration through work-life balance, enabling them to attract and retain top talent. The new center incorporates workspace for more than 600 employees, a visitor hosting and entertainment space, event center, and conferencing and social centers. A dramatic lobby connects all five workspace floors, interconnecting employees and providing views into the five unique social hubs central to each floor. A range of individual, collaborative and technology-enabled spaces accommodate the company’s diverse work styles and processes, providing needed flexibility as well as desired transparency.
