The convergence of Kim’s design and business thinking provides a unique perspective and leadership style, and delivers outcomes that align a client’s vision, operations, and work environment. Kim’s portfolio spans decades of experience in the commercial, hospitality, and workplace sectors, providing a broad understanding of the distinctive business challenges facing multiple industries. Kim is a member of Leadership Greater Washington’s Signature Program Class of 2024 and a frequent panelist at industry events and conferences discussing the future of the workplace. She received her bachelor’s in interior design from Virginia Tech and her MBA from the University of Maryland Smith School of Business.
