Juana Vasquez-Armstrong, LEED AP BD+C, RA

Widely recognized as a highly collaborative and strategic design leader, Juana brings her clients’ visions to life through the creation of purpose-driven spaces. She has been instrumental in creating transformative workplace solutions for companies around the world, including Bloomingdales, Estée Lauder, Clinique, EY, and Deloitte, which has garnered coverage in publications such as Interior Design magazine and Proyecto Diseno. As a Design Director based in the New York office and global leader of Gensler’s Consumer Goods practice area, she focuses her efforts on achieving design excellence working at the intersection of workplace, retail, technology, and R&D, while developing a strong network of teams globally. Juana has been a visiting professor of design at Cornell University and has served as a board member for a number of community service organizations in New York City.
